Grey Ghost Consulting Group LLC

Jon Croft brings more than two decades of law-enforcement experience spanning investigations, supervision, leadership, training, crisis response, and conflict resolution. Currently serving at the command level, his career has put him in situations where communication, judgment, accountability, and sound decision-making have real consequences.

Grey Ghost Consulting Group LLC was built to take those lessons beyond law enforcement and apply them to organizations facing difficult conversations, workplace conflict, leadership challenges, sensitive issues, and high-stakes decisions.

Jon’s approach is practical and direct: no canned corporate theory, no unnecessary complexity—just strategies that work when dealing with real people and real problems.

The Grey Ghost approach

See it clearly.
Address it directly.
Move forward.

Grey Ghost was built around a simple idea: difficult situations rarely become easier because someone adds another policy, another meeting, or another layer of complexity.

They become easier when the right people can see the problem clearly, make a sound decision, and have the confidence to address it.

Grey Ghost provides practical training and consulting grounded in real-world experience dealing with people, conflict, leadership, difficult decisions, and situations where the stakes are high and the answers aren’t always obvious.

Sometimes people need better skills. Sometimes leaders need an outside perspective. And sometimes there’s a difficult issue sitting in the middle of the room that everyone knows needs to be handled.

That’s where Grey Ghost comes in.

Experience matters. Judgment matters more.

Experience is only useful
if you can do something with it.

Experience isn’t valuable simply because you’ve been doing something for a long time. It’s valuable when it teaches you to recognize what matters, ask better questions, understand people, anticipate problems, and make better decisions when the situation isn’t clear.

Handle it professionally. Handle it directly.
Handle it discreetly. Move forward.
